What are the payment options?
I accepts all major credit, debit cards, PayPal and Clearpay.

Do you offer payment plans? 
I do not currently offer payment plans but you can choose to pay in instalments at checkout through PayPal, ClearPay.

How much is delivery?

I currently offer 4 Royal Mail delivery options for customers to choose from.

When will i receive my order?
I aim to process orders within 72 hours of receiving it.
Please take into consideration that Crystal Cutesy only has one employee that wears many hats, therefore at times processing my take longer. 
 
What if my item is damaged?
I always aim for my products to arrive to you in the best possible condition, but if you should receive a faulty or damaged item, please email me using the contact us form, and i would be more than happy to offer you a replacement product or a refund.

What do I do if I do not receive my order?
I ship all orders with tracked delivery, but if you unfortunately do not receive your order, please contact me in the contact us section.

What is your return policy?
If your product is damaged or faulty I am happy to refund or exchange your product (if possible to exchange). We do not issue credit at the moment.
